Sharing and international transfers
The website enquiry form is provided through Framer and submissions are delivered to Carla’s business email provider. Limited information may also be shared with trusted IT providers, accountants, insurers, professional advisers or authorities where reasonably necessary or legally required. Some providers may process information outside the UK; where this happens, an appropriate legal safeguard is required. Carla does not sell personal information. Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, phone number, Instagram handle, the service and appointment type you are interested in, and information you provide about your wedding, venue, dates, timings, party size, preferences and plans. If you contact Carla by email or social media, that correspondence may also be kept. Please do not include medical information, skin conditions or allergy details in the website enquiry form. If that information is needed to provide a service, Carla will request it separately and explain how it will be used.
How and why we use your information
Enquiry information is used to respond, check availability, prepare quotes and take steps at your request before entering a contract. If you book, it is used to arrange and provide the service and administer the customer relationship. Records may also be kept where necessary to meet legal, tax and accounting duties, or for legitimate business administration and the handling of complaints or legal claims. Enquiry details are not used for email marketing unless you have separately chosen to receive it.
How long we keep information
Enquiries that do not become bookings are normally deleted 12 months after the last contact. Where a booking is made, essential booking, correspondence and transaction records may be retained for up to six years after the service where needed for tax, accounting, complaint or legal purposes. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information, and information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights and complaints
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your information; restrict or object to its use; and receive certain information in a portable format. You may withdraw consent where consent is relied on. Email info@carlarollimakeup.com to exercise a right or raise a concern. Photographs and portfolio use
Where Carla wishes to use a client image in her portfolio or marketing, permission will be requested separately. Declining permission will not affect the makeup service. Permission can be withdrawn for future use by emailing Carla, although this will not affect use that was lawful before withdrawal.
